"A few months ago I called Lile Plumbing to fix a leaking toilet, which ended up needing to be replaced. The man who came was very knowledgeable and efficient. He mentioned purchasing the service plan (Service Partner Plan). At first I declined, but since my home is 11 years old, thought it might be helpful.
Not long after that, my washing machine had a major leak. I called Lile, who came to see if it was fixable. It was not. I was not charged for the visit.
A few weeks later, the kitchen faucet's water flow became restricted. Once Again I called Lile and a man came out to diagnose the problem and replaced the faucet with one I had previously purchased. When the repairman found out I needed to return to work as soon as possible, he called in someone else to help and they were able to complete the installation in little time.
My interactions with all employees from Lile have been very pleasant, from the phone contacts to the servicemen. All servicemen sent to my home were pleasant and knowledgeable. They worked efficiently and were prepared.
